TVtrip will send you a “Meeting Form” which needs to be completed and sent back to TVtrip. This form helps familiarize the cameraman with the property (e.g. what scenery, amenities or which room types you wish to have filmed)
TVtrip will then contact you to coordinate a convenient time to film your hotel. This may take a few weeks depending on the cameraman and the hotel’s availability

Once you have signed-up for the program, the TVtrip planning team will be checking availability professional cameraman in their network.
TVtrip will then contact the hotel to coordinate a convenient time to film the property.

It is very important the date agreed for the filming is honored by the hotel.
It is imperative that the selected rooms be vacant and ready to filmed
Staff members should be aware they may be filmed and be ready to sign a consent form
It is recommend that a staff member accompany the cameraman throughout the shoot
That no construction or renovations be taking place on the day of the shooting
Special shots like the “breakfast buffet” need to be set-up ahead of time by hotel
TVtrip will need access to all areas and rooms need to be vacant and made up for the shoot

The cameramen will be filming the exterior, lobby, reception, fitness room, restaurant and the different room categories. Other areas can be requested.

The shoots, on average, take approximately 5 hours depending on the size of the property.

The process takes approximately 3 weeks, from the date of filming – after which time you will be sent a link to preview the video and make any needed revisions
It is very important to send the edits in a timely fashion in order to streamline the validation process – If the video edits are not back within the agreed time frame TVtrip will assume the video has been approved and can be delivered to Expedia sites
